The West Midlands Imaging Network are hosting our first Medical Physics Regional Scientific Meeting in September 2023.

This meeting is open to all members of the Network from trainees to Heads of Physics Services across the West Midlands. The programme includes scientific presentations on a range of topics from ‘Assessment of Thermal Index Compliance in Clinical Ultrasound Examinations’ to ‘Establishing Clinical Dosimetry in Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy’. Attendees also be able to observe one of the Network Medical Physics Special Interest Group meetings, where the head of service across the region will discuss matters such as workforce, and the work programme.
