Iszara started at the WMIN as Senior Programme Manager in January 2023. She will help to lead a range of projects and programmes within the West Midlands Imaging Network that aims to improve clinical imaging services within the West Midlands region. Iszara’s role will predominately focus on the Workforce workstream but will also span across the other streams of work and special interest groups. Iszara has a background in clinical research and has enjoyed various roles within the NHS and academia, whilst contributing to qualitative research publications and developing a wide network across multiple specialities.

Iszara has recently concluded a MSc in Artificial Intelligence and has a strong interest in linking new digital technologies to the healthcare world to further improve patient care with the latest innovations. Her project management skills will support the delivery of the Network’s ambitious programme in delivering high-quality, secure, efficient, and reliable imaging services.
