The West Midlands Network Executive Board is led by Dr Simon Constable whom is the Chief Executive for University North Midlands NHS Truts

Simon is responsible for, and be accountable to, The Network Executive Board and will provide overall strategic leadership in relation to achieving the aims of the West Midlands Imaging Network.

Deputy Chair of the Network is Diane Wake – Chief Executive Officer of Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust.

The Network Executive Board will:

• Provide overall strategic leadership in relation to delivery of the WMIN plan
• Provide a forum for partnership working and resolve issues requiring national agreement between partners through collaboration.
• Monitor the Network’swork plan to ensure the Network remains focused on delivery
• Endorse recommendations for adoption as advised by the Network Oversight Board
• Provide an authorising environment to support the implementation of approved recommendations, including addressing identified barriers to collaborative working.
• Engage with strategic and policy agendas that impact the work of the Network and/or the work of the services.
